In response to your request for Rand-Whitney’s status on the use of or content of the below allergens in the packaging products manufactured for your company: Nuts (all types), Milk, (Lactose and Casein), Eggs, Fish or Crustaceans, Soybean Oil, Soybeans, Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats, Spelt, Kamut, Gluten, Sulfer Dioxide and/or Sulfites, Corn or Maize, Iodine, Latex, Metal including Mercury, Sugar, Alcohol, Preservatives and/or Animal Sources. Rand-Whitney does not intentionally add nor use products that contain these chemicals in the production of the products you purchase from Rand-Whitney. However, this certification specifically excludes any incidental levels of these chemicals that may enter Rand-Whitney’s products un-intentionally or through outside sources such as recycled fiber. By signing this document, Rand Whitney is demonstrating its commitment to your packaging objectives. To back up that commitment, Rand Whitney will expend its best efforts to insure that its suppliers understand and comply with the rigorous standards specified by your organization. Rand Whitney cannot accept liability for consequential damages in excess of the cost of any non-conforming packaging. This guarantee shall be void and of no effect in any instance where the material is subsequently adulterated or where the use by you or your customer is not in accordance with applicable international, federal and state laws.
