Oregon Potato Company IQF Apples are dices with a green to light yellow color. All product is prepared from sound, properly ripened apples which have been washed, cored, and peeled. The 3/8” diced apples shall be dipped in a non-sulfite preservative solution, which contains ascorbic acid and citric acid. Product shall be processed to assure clean, wholesome product and comply with good manufacturing requirements during its production, packaging and storage
