Dried Raspberry Apple Pear Flakes are produced by drum drying a properly prepared mixture of 34% Raspberry Puree Concentrate (single strength Brix of 10.4), 33% Apple Puree Concentrate (single strength brix of 13.4) and 33% Pear Puree (single strength Brix of 13.5). The flakes are hammer-milled and packaged.
