Strawberry puree is prepared from sound, properly ripened fresh strawberries which have been washed, sorted, screened through a paddle finisher and frozen under sanitary facility operated in compliance with USDA Standards and Regulations, and in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. Strawberry puree does not contain any substances that would classify it as a hazardous material or as a potentially hazardous material, thus strawberries belong to the category of non-hazardous material. Product from Sure Fresh Produce will be from the United States or Mexico, unless you are otherwise notified prior to product being sent to your facility or location of storage. All products will also be labeled as to country of origin.
