Accu-Gel (Pea Starch)
Accu-Gel™ provides unique properties unlike that of other starches. Its unique gelling properties allow it to be used at a 20-30% lower usage level.Provides good body and mouthfeel without altering flavour. Accu-Gel™ exhibits excellent heat, shear, and acid stability similar to many modified starches but provides manufacturers with “clean labeling” opportunities.
Accu-Gel™ is a food-grade, native pea starch offering excellent gel strength, white colour and bland flavour.
