SWK Wasabi Horseradish Cream - F132 (11381-30612)
Made from freshly grated horseradish and wasabi roots. Color and appearance is a white to light greenish tan color consistent with fresh ground horseradish roots (Botanical Name: Cochlearia armoracia) and Japanese Wasabi roots (Botanical Name: Wasabia japonica). Aroma is that of strong, pungent horseradish and wasabi with vinegar. Flavor is immediately strong, pungent horseradish hotness and unique pungent earthy-leafy wasabi when fibers are macerated by teeth. Consistency is thick and may be very slightly pourable. Texture is very fibrous from the roots.
