Coconut water is the clear liquid found at the center of young (green) coconuts. Often used as a ‘natural’ sports drink, it is low in calories, fat and cholesterol free, and high in potassium and other electrolytes making it excellent for hydration. Our coconut water concentrate has been freeze dried and milled into powder.
