Bemis products are not edible food or food ingredients subject to the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer
Protection Act (FALCPA) or the European Union Directive Regulation 1169/2011. Bemis products a) do not
contain allergenic or sensitizing substances derived from one or more of the following major food allergens:
milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, cereals containing gluten, peanuts, soy beans, celery,
mustard, sesame, mollusks, lupin, Monosodium Glutamate, Yellow #5, Buckwheat, and sulphur dioxide, b)
are not produced on the same equipment where these allergens are used, and c) are not produced in the
same facility where these allergens are present.
