"Castelmuro" Pure Pumpkinseed Oil (OCPA)
Pumpkinseed oil is extracted from the huskless seeds of the pumpkin. The cold-pressed oil has a dark green color with a distinctive pumpkinseed taste. This pumpkinseed oil has been a specialty of Styrian oil mills for generations. It is used primarily in salads but is also added to soups and sauces to give them a distinctive flavor. OCPA and OCPA 16.
Available in two sizes: OCPA 16 (500 ml, 16.9 fl oz) and OCPA 250 (250 ml, 8.45 fl oz).
