Nonfat Dry Milk Low Heat Grade A (NFDMLHGA - NDML (MI))

Powder resulting from the removal of the fat and water from fresh Grade A milk; contains the lactose, milk proteins and milk minerals in the same relative proportions as they occur in fresh milk. Made from fresh, sweet milk to which no preservative, alkali, neutralizing agent, or other chemical has been added and which has been pasteurized. The product is produced under sanitary conditions, meeting or exceeding FDA Current GMP, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR 117). Product is not intended for infants.
