5.11.1 Kendall Packaging has an Allergen Control Program and Allergen Questionnaire that identifies any allergens specific to regulations. 5.11.2 The allergen questionnaire is completed annually and ensures no allergens are handled at the Kendall production facilities. 5.11.3 Audits will be conducted on an annual basis as well as when regulatory or industry standards are revised or new materials are introduced to the process. 5.11.4 All new materials are reviewed for allergen content. 5.11.5 A written control procedure will be written should an allergen be identified.
