Food Service Burrata (Food Service, Būf Burrata)
Food service water bufala, burrata. Each tray has 8 burratas at 125gr each. Voted #1 burrata by the American Cheese Society. Burrata is a mozzarella pocket filled with straciatella (cream and mozzarella). Each burrata is finished off with an expertly hand tied knot. Burrata is mixed milk with cows cream added for the desired rich consistency. Trays are stackable resealable and reusable.
Grass Fed. Open Range. Non GMO. Vegetarian
Pasteurized water bufala milk, cows milk, salt, lactic acid, natural ferments, and vegetarian rennet.
