RIPE OLIVES SLICED 24-2.25 oz (7365121405-BC)
Ripe olives are prepared from properly ripened fruit treated to eliminate the characteristic bitterness associated with raw fruit, aerated in water and ferrous gluconate, resulting in a dark brown/black color. They are pitted, sliced, canned in a #211 tin with brine and retorted.
