Motigo Tea Factory, being a responsible corporate and a food processing company is committed to total food safety by ensuring that all sources of allergens and allergenic food substances do not come into contact with made tea. The following food categories shall not be incorporated or allowed entry into the factory processing environment; • Cereals containing gluten such as wheat, barley oats etc • Pea nuts and nuts of all types • Allergenic seeds as soybeans, sesame seeds and mustard seeds. • Milk and milk products. • Eggs, fish, crustaceans and mollusks and the products thereof. • Chemical compounds which are sulphites in nature Motigo Tea Factory top management shall ensure that in the event that these food substances find entry into the factory, due process shall be taken as to determine the source and carrier and appropriate action shall be taken to avoid contamination of made black tea.
