his product is processed from processing grade, fresh carrots. The pre-washed raw material is passed through a Lyco peeler, manually inspected, rinsed with a sanitizing solution, diced through a mechanical dicer, shredded through a mechanical shredder, and run through a metal detector. This product is processed in accordance with GMP and HACCP, and is compliant with federal and provincial laws.
