CapColors® Red ID 500 WSS is a color blend containing nature identical beta-carotene produced by synthesis. The pigment is encapsulated in a matrix of food grade ingredients providing improved functionality. It is intended for coloring food.
Water, modified food starch, nature identical beta-carotene, ascorbic acid, citric acid and potassium sorbate (preservative). Legislation This color is in full compliance with 21 CFR Part 73.95 and is approved for use in food. It is exempt from certification.
