Pear Puree 30-32 Brix (P4PUC)
Pear Puree Aseptic is a light-yellow to straw color product produced from mature pears. The product is entirely natural with no added colorants or flavourings. Ascorbic acid is used only as a processing aid. Pears are washed and sorted before being crushed (milled). The pomace is refined, concentrated and sterilized to produce a smooth puree.
