Olam's Hot Break Tomato Paste is produced from mature, whole, red, vine-ripened tomatoes that are sorted, aseptically processed, and filled into a sterile aseptic bag. This product is produced in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and is commercially sterile. The raw material and finished product conform to the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Product is Kosher (Orthodox Union).
