The finished product will be a blend Roasted Russet Chunks, Roasted Redskin Chunks, and Roasted Sweet Potato Chunks. The frozen potato chunks have been lightly coated with oil to allow a light seasoning to adhere to the product. The product shall have a roasted appearance with some blistering on the surface and slight browning on the edges.
