PURIS Pea HiLo is non-GMO 80% pea protein manufactured from yellow field peas in the USA without the use of any chemical solvents. PURIS Pea HiLo is specifically designed for applications where excellent solubility and smooth mouthfeel is desired in acidic pH applications. pH of the product system is recommended to be kept below <5.0.
