Erysweet+ Ultra Organic combines stevia extract with erythritol, a polyol that provides natural low calorie sweetening and bulk, in a 150 mesh ultra-fine powder. This proprietary blend of highly purified steviol glycosides delivers an exceptionally clean flavor that is free from bitter notes commonly found in stevia products. Erythritol has a neutral flavor profile and provides density comparable to confectionary sugar. Erysweet+ Ultra Organic can be used to replace confectionary sugar in fillings, cold processed desserts, meringues, icings, frostings and works brilliantly in tempering sugar-free chocolate. In frozen foods, it can cause a freezing point depression.
