DRIED APPLE POWDER <100PPM SO2 (30POU7)
The product is made from fresh fruit at the proper stage of ripening. Apple Variety from Poland. The fresh fruit is mechanically washed and cored; all fibrous foreign parts are eliminated. Fruit are cut in different sizes, added with SO2 MAXI 100 ppm and dehydrated by a belt drier.
The product is obtained after milling and sieving phases and metal check detection.
