BIOPROX RP 80 (643080)
BIOPROX® RP 80 has been developed for biopreservation of dairy products. It is composed of Lactobacillus strains selected for their inhibitory capacities against a large range of microorganisms, including moulds and yeasts. Thus, when BIOPROX® RP 80 is combined with lactic starters, we observe a limited growth of spoilage microorgansims in the resulting dairy product.
Blend of cultures in freeze dried form for direct vat inoculation. Mix of the following strains : Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus plantarum.
