Yeast Food A-200 (AYS-YFA200)

Our Yeast Food A-200 is a well-balanced combination of wholesome, free-flowing mineral salts with a high degree of uniformity to provide adequate nourishment for the yeast and to condition the water. The nitrogen and mineral nutrition for the yeast results in faster fermentation. This is very beneficial in shops having high-speed equipment and tight production schedules. Directions for Use: The Yeast Food to be used depends on your water and shop conditions. Our recommended usage level is 0.25% to 0.50% per 100 pounds of flour. We recommend Yeast Food for any yeast raised flour products.
