Rennet Casein Powder 90 mesh 25kgs (Item No. 205016)
North Cork Creameries rennet casein is produced in a production plant in Kanturk,
Co. Cork, Ireland from skim milk separated from quality milk sourced from approved
suppliers, which has been pasteurised at 73⁰C minimum for a minimum of 15
seconds. The skim milk is coagulated using microbial rennet and the whey separated.
The curd is washed, heat-treated, dried and passed though sieves to produce rennet
casein of the required mesh size
