All in-process inventories in totes and cases containing allergens will be labeled. All finished packages will declare the allergen in the ingredient statement as required by law. Production departments will schedule products that contain ingredients listed as an allergen, at the end of the production shifts, so that a full clean up follows their production. During their sanitation inspections, Quality Assurance will verify that no allergen is on the production line that might cross contaminate the next product following the full cleanup.
