Natural Beta Carotene Powder (NC2052)
An extract of natura Beta Carotene obtained from the fermentatation of the fungus Blakeslea trispora standardised for colour strength with vegetable oil, then rendered water miscible using Gum Acacia and fortified using the antioxidant mixed tocopherols then spray dried onto Maltodextrin. Silicon Dioxide may be used as a free flowing agent.
