This product is Grade A filtered liquid honey that complies with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and amendments. Honey is graded by the United States standards for grades of extracted honey per the USDA methods of analysis. Honey is tested for purity prior to processing and is pure based on AOAC standard methods for C3/C4 sugars.
