RPET with Modifier, Bio-PET and APET are FDA CERTIFIED provided for thermoforming purposes
meets the condition of use specified under 21CFR 177.1630 (f) (2) and 21 CFR 177.1315.
For Europe, our Polyester complies with the compositional requirements of EEC Directives
90/128/EEC 92/39/EEC. Ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and terephthalic acid in the polyester are
subject to control under the EEC Directives by specific migration from the final articles.
