che tutti gli ingredienti dei nostri prodotti, TRANNE IL LATTE OVINO, non compaiono nella lista degli allergeni più comuni presenti nel Reg. UE 1169/2011, All. II per quanto riguarda l’indicazione degli ingredienti contenuti nei prodotti alimentari.
L’unico allergene presente nei prodotti finiti così come riportato anche nelle schede tecniche di ogni prodotto è il seguente: Latte Ovino e prodotti a base di latte (incluso lattosio)
