Individually Quick Frozen Shallots (onions) are made 100% of shallots (onions) and are manufactured from fresh, sound, elongated onions. This product is trimmed, peeled, washed, diced, blanched, and individually quick frozen in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. The onions are all natural and do not contain any synthetic or artificial ingredients, preservatives or additives. They are GMO free. All onions are grown in the USA.
