Herbacel AQ AFB-250 (102978)
Herbacel AQ AFB-250 is an apple fiber which is obtained from freshly harvested apples which are gently dried after the juice and pectin is extracted.
The fine light beige colored powder with typical flavor and taste as well as a high water binding capacity is dispersible in cold and hot systems. The apple fiber is characterized by very good water binding and moderate thickening.
