Garlic and onion sautee is a blend of 3/8" diced onion (Allium cepa) and 1/8" diced garlic (Allium sativum). Each is washed, peeled, diced and cooked quickly in soybean oil over direct heat.
INGREDIENTS: Garlic and Onion Sautee is a blend of 3/8” diced onion (Allium cepa) and 1/8” diced garlic (Allium sativum). Onions are peeled, washed, diced, and cooked quickly with garlic puree in a highly refined soybean oil and 200gr distilled vinegar over direct heat.
