Tapioca Flour, also known as Tapioca Starch, is a flour made from the crushed and dried pulp of cassava roots. It has slightly less fiber and flavor than the similar Cassava Flour, making it the ideal replacement for common starches in cooking applications that require flavorless thickeners.
