FDA We also confirm that all the packaging material used for the mentioned specifications comply with the US Food, Drug and Cosmetic regulation of the United States of America as set out in the Code of Federal Regulations of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), under 21 CFR 177,1520 and in accordance with good manufacturing practices. 4. Additional Information • Regulations related to Epoxy Derivatives, Vinyl Chloride Monomer and regenerated cellulose film are not applicable to our product. • Our FIBC product’s composition is 100% Polypropylene. • Our Liner product’s composition is 100% Polyethylene • All woven material used in manufacturing is virgin. We use no recycled material. • Regulation related to Epoxy derivate, Vinyl Chloride Monomer and regenerated Cellulose film are not applicable to our products. • Materials are not in contact with hormones and steroids, alcohol as a dissolvent, pesticides, ionizing, pork and derivatives. • This declaration complies with technical data sheet of product and handling guidelines. • Our products comply with regulations for the finished packaging material complies with the above stated regulations.
