PURAC Powder is the powder form of natural L-Lactic acid which is produced by fermentation from sugar. It consists of lactic acid and calcium lactate. Also the calcium lactate is produced of natural L-Lactic
acid.
PURAC Powder is a white powder. It has a characteristic lactic acid flavor and apure lactic acid taste. Almost all lactic acid is present in free, direct titratable form. PURAC Powder is available in various acid-ratios.
