This product is a uniform blend of ground, selected chili peppers (Capsicum annum L.), spices, salt and garlic. Ethoxyquin is added as an anti-oxidant at 100ppm maximum. Silicon dioxide is added as an anti-caking agent at 2.0% maximum.
