AP-10 is a dark, reddish-brown annatto emulsion liquid color, which is water miscible, produced by the extraction of annatto pigments from the seeds of the annatto tree (Bixa orellana L.). It is specially formulated for low pH applications.
Propylene glycol, Polysorbate 80, Annatto extract, Potassiumhydroxide.
This color is in full compliance with 21 CFR Part 73.30 and is approvedfor useinfood. It is exempt from certification.
