Water soluble Yeast Extract from pure cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae elaborated specifically for production of flavor enhancers. As a flavoring ingredient, it enhances flavors occuring in foods and contributes with distinct savory notes, while serving as a flavor precursor for foods which will be heated. This yeast extract is manufactured using only natural ingredients and controlling carefully the processes of the autolysis. It is a special type of yeast extract that contains high levels of natural occuring 5´GMP and 5´IMP.
