Natural Colby-Jack cheese product. Made from natural Colby and Monterey-Jack curds blended during the make process to produce a semi-firm body with a slightly open texture, granular curd and an evenly marbled color of off-white and orange.
Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, and annatto (color).
