All products manufactured by De-Hy Technology are subject to our HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) program, which identifies critical points in product that inherently lend to contamination issues (including cross-contamination) & food safety issues. Key elements in the program include: - Management training of personnel - Review of raw material purchasing through supplier approval program - Processing GMP and Sanitation practices by lot - Labeling of materials - Storage of finished products in a controlled area The most common food allergens, as identified by the US Food and Drug Administration are wheat, soy, eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish & shellfish. De-Hy Technology’s products do not contain or use these allergens in processing.
