PROPANEDIOL ZEMEA (ZEMEA)

Subject: Zemea® Propanediol – Allergen content Primient Covation LLC is excited about growing our business relationship with you. In response to your request regarding allergen content: A group of eight (8) major allergenic foods is often referred to as the Big 8 and comprises of milk, eggs, fish, crustacean, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. These foods account for 90% of all food allergens in the United States and must be declared on any processed food according to the USA Food Allergen Labeling Act (FALCPA). Zemea® is not manufactured in the presence of the Big 8, is not in contact with the Big 8 at any point in the value chain, and most importantly, does not contain any traces of the Big 8. In addition to the Big 8, five (5) additional ingredients are also considered allergens of concern outside the US and are identified as Celery, Sesame, Mollusk, Mustard, and Lupins. As with the Big 8, Zemea® is not manufactured in the presence of these additional 5 allergens of concern, is not in contact with the additional 5 allergens of concern at any point of the value chain, and most importantly, does not contain any traces of the additional 5 allergens of concern Furthermore, Primient Covation LLC does not use any allergens, including but not limited to: Amyl cinnamal (CAS # 122-40-7), Amyl cinnamyl alcohol (CAS # 101-85-9), Anisyl alcohol (CAS # 105-13-5), Benzyl alcohol (CAS # 100-51-6), Benzyl benzoate (CAS # 120-51-4), Benzyl cinnamate (CAS # 103-41-3), Benzyl salicylate (CAS # 118-58-1), Cinnamal (CAS # 104-55-2), Cinnamyl alcohol (CAS # 104-54-1), Citral (CAS # 5392-40-5), Citronellol (CAS # 106-22-9), Coumarin (CAS # 91-64-5), Limonene (CAS # 5989-27-5), Eugenol (CAS # 97-53-0), Farnesol (CAS # 4602-84-0), Geraniol (CAS # 106-24-1), Hexylcinnam aldehyde (CAS # 101-86-0), Hydroxycitronellal (CAS # 107-75-5), Isoeugenol (CAS # 97-54-1), Butylphenyl Methylpropional (CAS # 80-54-6), Linalool (CAS # 78-70-6), Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde (CAS # 31906-04-4-3), Methyl 2- Octynoate (CAS # 111-12-6), Alpha Methyl Ionone (CAS # 127-51-5), Evernia Prunastri (Oakmoss) Extract (CAS # 90028-68-5), and Evernia Furfuracea (Treemoss) Extract (CAS # 90028-67-4) as intentional components of this Product. To the best of our knowledge, these substances are not present in our finished Product or as an intentional component in the raw materials used in the manufacture of this Product. We do not routinely analyze this Product for the substances listed above.
