Red Star VSF Yeast Flakes are fortified yeast products used as food. The yeast is produced with a specially selected
strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The yeast is grown under carefully controlled conditions and then dried.
Dried yeast, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, folic acid, cyanocobalamin.
