Organic Coconut Milk 17-19% (75548, 75574)

Organically grown coconuts are husked, cracked, and shelled and the meat washed in water. The meat is grated, pressed, and filtered to remove coconut fiber from the milk. The milk is then pasteurized, standardized, and refiltered before canning. Finally, the sealed cans of milk are retorted to commercial sterility and cooled down before labeling and shipping.
