This facility does not intentionally manufacture, process, use, or store any of the major food allergens as defined under the U.S. Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). No allergenic ingredients, processing aids, or allergen-containing packaging materials are intentionally handled within the facility. The facility maintains and documents allergen preventive controls, supply-chain controls, sanitation procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices in accordance with applicable federal regulations. The agricultural commodities received and processed are not allergenic by nature. However, due to standard agricultural growing practices, there exists a remote possibility of incidental field commingling (e.g., volunteer wheat) in incoming raw materials. The facility employs validated screening, cleaning, and separation systems designed to remove foreign grain and incidental material prior to finished product production. While these preventive controls significantly minimize risk, the Company does not warrant or guarantee the absolute absence of trace allergens that may be introduced through factors outside of its direct control, including agricultural cross-contact occurring prior to receipt of raw materials.
