AmeriGlobe, LLC hereby guarantees regulatory compliance as referenced in CFR Title 21 that the items manufactured and sourced by AmeriGlobe do not contain any of the allergens listed by the FDA in the Compliance Policy Guide, often referred to as the "big nine," which are Peanuts, Soybeans, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Sesame seeds, Shellfish, Tree Nuts ﴾such as walnuts, pecans, almonds, and cashews﴿, and wheat. Further, none of the "big nine" are present in the manufacture of bulk bags ﴾FIBCs﴿. Our company guarantees that we will inform our customers in advance if we intend to use any prohibited allergens in our products.
