1.0 PRODUCT NAME AND TYPE 1.1 DRIED MUSHROOMS FROM BOLETUS GROUP – A quality /M-118 Non-Chinese Origin/ 1.1.1 Dried Mushroom from Boletus Group is produced with sun mushroom drying process. 1.1.2 Dried Mushroom from Boletus Group is produced with chamber mushroom drying process. All product parameters are totally equal for both mushroom types. 2.0 PRODUCT INGREDIENTS 2.1 The product is made from dried, wild edible mushrooms eclipse / Porcini – Boletus Edulis and other edible in the genus Boletus (Boletus aereus, Boletus reticulatus) . 3.0 THE PROTECTION WAY 3.1 Preservation by drying and packing at PE bag and cardboard box. 4.0 PRODUCT FEATURES 4.1 Sensory features 4.1.1 COLOR - Tipical for the type of used edible mushrooms, consistent color 4.1.2 TASTE/AROMA - Tipical for the type of used edible mushrooms 4.1.3 APPEARANCE -It contains parts of the fruit of regular shape and of such size that the species of mushrooms can be easily identified.
