FLAKED CREAMED COCONUT (CCF14K)

It is the policy of Petrow Food Industries and Quality Kernels that all purchased and processed goods are sourced from approved origins that have systems to protect from Allergen contamination. Fruit purchased can contain Sulphur Dioxide as a preservative (will be detailed in specifications) - other allergens are to the best of our knowledge absent. Tree Nuts (processed in total segregation from fruit) to the best of our knowledge do not contain any other allergen. Whey protein is also used on site. This is used on a dedicated line only with dedicated staff who cannot move between production lines. Controls are in place to prevent the risk of cross contamination during storage and production. The Haverhill processing site only handles Tree Nuts, Whey Protein, and low levels of Sulphur Dioxide. The site is Peanut Free. Please note Coconuts are processed in a separate building from the EU/UK declared Tree nuts
