Tart Cherry Essence (10142)
Tart Cherry Juice/Concentrate and Essence are made from 100% Tart Cherries. Processing and filtering aids are required to clarify. These include up to 0.045% of an NOP pectinase, up to 0.045% of an NOP amylase and up to 2.5% filter aid (diatomaceous earth or perlite). Tart Cherry Essence is stripped from the Tart Cherry Juice as it is heated creating both a high-brix concentrate and a Tart Cherry Essence.
