Satin White Pastry Flour Enriched milled from Soft White Wheat* is intended for human consumption and, as such, shall be warranted to comply with the provisions of the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act. This product is enriched to meet the definition of enriched flour found at 21 CFR 137.165
Satin White Pastry Flour- Enriched is manufactured from Soft White Wheat as identified in the USDA “Official Grain Standards of the United States”, Subpart M, paragraph #810.2202 sub-class (6) Soft White Winter Wheat. Satin White Pastry Flour- Enriched also meets the definition of Enriched Flour under 21 CFR 137.165 of FDA code.
